Despite rampant rumors to the contrary, Screengeek reported this week Amber Heard is in no danger of being terminated from her role as Mera in the upcoming DC Comics movie Aquaman II. Citing unnamed sources close to the situation (which should always be scrutinized), writer Jacob Dressler revealed Warner Bros. doesn’t care about the allegations made about Amber Heard by her ex-husband Johnny Depp nor do they have interest in social media campaigns and petitions calling for her to be removed from the superhero franchise. Further, the source revealed, there’s much more to these allegations than what’s been revealed so far and that Ms. Heard “still has incredibly damaging evidence against Johnny Depp.”

Today, some of that potentially damaging information was revealed in a London courtroom during a preliminary hearing in his libel suit against British newspaper The Sun over an article that alleged Depp had been abusive to Heard. Page Six reports previously unseen 2013 messages alleged to have been sent by Depp to actor friend Paul Bettany were read out loud earlier today during the legal proceedings.

In one of the texts, Depp said he would “burn” and “drown” Heard, then “fuck her burnt corpse.”

The court was told he allegedly texted Bettany again that day to say, “Let’s drown her before we burn her!!! I will fuck her burnt corpse afterwards to make sure she is dead.”

Other texts revealed his dependency on illegal drugs and alcohol, seemingly confirming what Heard’s legal team has contended since both the libel cases against the Washington Post and The Sun began – that Depp is abusive and reckless while under the influence, which was apparently very often during the celebrity couple’s marriage.

“I’m gonna properly stop the booze thing, darling… Drank all night before I picked Amber up to fly to LA, this past Sunday…Ugly, mate.

“No food for days…powders…half a bottle of whiskey, a thousand red bull and vodkas, pills, 2 bottles of Champers on plane and what do you get..???

“An angry, aggro Injun in a f–kin’ blackout, screaming obscenities and insulting any f–k who got near…I’m done.”

“I am admittedly too f–ked in the head to spray my rage at the one I love…For little reason, as well I’m too old to be that guy But, pills are fine!!!”

The British newspaper also revealed Adam Wolanski QC, who is representing the Sun, told the London court the May 2014 text to Bettany appeared to refer to an alleged “altercation” with Heard on a plane.

“Wolanski said Depp is accused of ‘screaming obscenities’ on the flight as he slapped Heard in the face, kicked her in the back and threw a boot at her, before allegedly ‘passing out’ in the plane toilet.”
